4. Revisions and Deliverables

  • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Turnaround times are estimated and subject to timely client communication and feedback

5. Intellectual Property

  • All original content created by RFP Helper for your proposal or documentation becomes your property upon full payment
  • RFP Helper retains the right to use non-identifiable portions of work as samples or portfolio items unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • You agree not to reproduce, resell, or redistribute any proprietary tools, templates, or internal content provided by RFP Helper

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of RFP and proposal-related materials. We agree to:

  • Treat all client information and documents as confidential
  • Use your data only for the purpose of delivering services
  • Not disclose your information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, RFP Helper does not guarantee:

  • That using our services will result in a contract award or bid selection
  • That proposals will be free from errors or omissions after client approval
  • Any liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our services or deliverables

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate a service engagement at our discretion if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary information or communication in a timely manner
  • The client violates these Terms
  • Circumstances arise that compromise our ability to complete the work professionally or ethically

In such cases, the client will be invoiced for completed work and any applicable expenses up to the date of termination.
